How to Register Your Neogen® Account Online

Hello, and welcome to How to Register on Neogen.com. In this video, we'll walk through how to register your Neogen account or create a new account.

Please note, online registration is only available to customers located in the United States and Canada. If you are located outside of these countries, please contact us with any inquiries.

Start by navigating to the top right of your screen and click the My Account icon next to the cart icon. This will take you to the login/register page.

On the login page, look to the right under New to Neogen.com. Click Register.

Begin filling out your account details.

Once your details have been entered, you will be asked if you have bought products from Neogen before. This determines whether you are registering your Neogen account or creating a new account.

If you have previously purchased products directly from Neogen, select the Yes radio option. You will be prompted to enter your Account Number along with a Previous Order or Invoice Number. This enables us to connect you to your Neogen account, allowing you to access your customer pricing, addresses and order history. Your account number can be located on a previous order confirmation, packing slip, or invoice. It is typically 6 characters, three letters followed by three numbers. If you are unable to locate your account number or a previous order or invoice number, please reach out to our customer service team for help.

If you haven’t purchased directly from Neogen, select the No radio option and fill out your Billing & Shipping details to create a new account. Once registered, you will have the ability to add additional shipping addresses.

Next, select the region you would like to ship products to; this determines what content, products, and currencies are available to you.

After entering your details, click Register. If you are the first person to register for your account, you will be made an account administrator. Account administrators can manage users on the account, including updating who had admin privileges.

Now that you are registered, you have access to our self-service features to order products and manage your account.
