We offer on-location service within 72 hours of your request and have a preventive maintenance plan that will keep your machine in peak operating condition. Each new Petrifilm Automated Feeder purchased comes with a standard one-year limited warranty, and we also offer an Extended Service Agreement, available for an additional fee within 60 days of a Petrifilm Automated Feeder purchase.
